Terms and Conditions for Trent’s Kitchen

Welcome to Trent’s Kitchen. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.
1. General Information
- Trent’s Kitchen offers food delivery and takeout services only. We do not offer dine-in services at this time.
- All orders placed through our website, app, or by phone are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, or by phone.
- Payment for all orders is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and other online payment services.
- All prices listed on our menu are in Canadian currency, excluding taxes and delivery fees.
3. Delivery Information
- Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Estimated delivery times are provided as an approximation and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery charges may apply, and the total cost of delivery will be added to your order during checkout.
- You must provide accurate delivery information at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for any delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
4. Takeout Orders
- Takeout orders must be picked up at the restaurant within the designated pickup time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Takeout orders must be picked up from 7920 42 Street SE Unit #140
- We are not responsible for items that are not picked up within the agreed timeframe.
- Any orders placed after 8:45 PM will not be made and will be prepared at 4:00 PM the next business day or refunded.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
- You can modify or cancel your order before it has been processed for delivery or preparation. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Once an order is in preparation or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Refunds
- Refunds may be issued if your order is incorrect, damaged, or if a service failure occurs. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 1 day of receiving the order.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- If your delivery order is made through a third party, you must contact them directly as we do not handle refunds in this situation.
7. Food Allergies and Special Dietary Requests
- We take food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
- While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens, as cross-contamination may occur.
- In our facility there is nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens present.
8. Delivery Issues
- If there are any issues with the delivery, such as missing items, late delivery, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Privacy and Security
- We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during the ordering process is stored securely and will only be used for processing your order and communication related to your order.
- We do not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., payment processing).
10. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- We are not liable for delays or disruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic, or technical issues.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective as of the date posted on our website or communicated to you via [email/notification].
